Absolutely horrible. I also was a client for many years until recently, like everyone else there is no way to get a response from this agent. I switched agents and thats when I was informed that Black was bought out by an insurance agency that only cares about big commercial clients so if you have personal insurance thru them they no longer want your business and it will not get better Get Out Now.. just wanted to warn others and save you from further grief and frustration.

I would rate zero stars if that was an option. Its almost impossible to get any response from them. Its a 1 in 20 chance they will answer their phone and zero chance they respond to emails. We have been trying to add a camper to our policy for months. We even stopped at their office during business hours and door was locked. We have been with Black and Assoc for over a decade and it use to be great. Due to such poor service, we will be looking elsewhere

Was great at first now I haven't been able to contact anyone for 3 months!! My bill.went up 80$ with no email or phone call as to why. No one will answer my calls or emails. Voicemail is now full. And I cant cancel or stop the automatic payments coming from my bank account. I am beyond frustrated!!!

Call, call, call and totally no answer or totally no longer voice mail as voice mail is totally full and can't totally talk with anyone as to Blacks Insurance Agent

If I could rate zero stars I would. I have used Black and Associates for over a decade. They used to be great. Now they dont answer their phone or return my calls when I leave a message. They were supposed to remove full coverage from a vehicle on my policy a year ago and never did. When I asked them to fix it they never did and never returned my calls. Time to find someone who can actually do the job.
