        We didn't stay here but from what we could see, it looked decent. That said, the desk clerk, Nick, was amazing. He was friendly and welcoming.

        Beware of booking here. We had a reservation here for a king suite with a jacuzzi on february 12th for the 23rd. They both confirmed the reservation and the date and on the day of the reservation they called and said the room I had booked was not available. This location will pull your reservation if it benefits them. They offered us a king room with balcony for the same cost, but the whole reason was for the jacuzzi room. This was both a valentines gift for my girlfriend and a weekend away. Thank god we live in town or we would have been without a room. Poor business and absolutely no offer to make it right.

        Right in the heart of Spokane, WA. Excellent staff that was very friendly and able to help with a booking issue. Thanks again for a great stay! Rooms: Exactly everything you'd expect from a Best Western Plus. Nearby activities: Spokane Convenient Center First Interstate Center for the Arts Riverfront Park Restaurants and bars Walkability: Walking distance to many Spokane attractions.
