Trying to get a hold of someone to lodge a grievance for one of their providers a nightmare. It's a shame they don't live up to their mission statement. I still don't know the outcome of the terrible experience I had with an ENT who did sinus surgery 4 months ago. Absolutely the worst medical experience I've ever had. Still suffering.

The most hard working, caring people I ever could have been fortunate enough to have helped me. For these folks to be so professional, knowledgeable, and yet just so genuine. From checking into the ER, all the way up to discharge. I felt safe and instantly knew I was in great hands. Special thank you to Dr. Douglas M Creel. Wish he could be my doctor for life. Thank you All.

A lot of the nurses are very kind, the psychiatrist was very nice, I felt listened to, but the way they handle mental health crises as a whole is horrific. Ispent 4 hours in the waiting room waiting for medical clearance for an inpateint stay elsewhere, when they rejected me the ER continued to make me wait, when I wanted to leave because I was just sitting in the lobby, they had 2 big armed cops to escort me, 115lbs and terrified, into an isolation unit where I was locked into a barren room with a dirty bed and a camera in the top corner while I changed into paper clothes that didn't fit. All i was told was that I was waiting for a county psych assessment and that it could be either that night or the next day. They did not tell me they'd be moving me upstairs where the rooms were less terrifying. But their psych unit as a whole is bare bones, there's no structure other than nurse shift changes, no therapeutic groups, a stack of news papers and used coloring pages, and two books. A psychiatrist talked to me for a moment, prescribed something new, I reiterated that I needed immediate therapeutic support, and they released me while I still needed care.
