Working for a Serengeti Home Care has been a rewarding experience. The company truly values its employees and provides excellent training and support. I've had the privilege of making a positive impact on the lives of seniors every day, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. The management team is supportive and understanding, always willing to listen to concerns and provide solutions. Overall, I feel fulfilled and appreciated in my role, knowing that I'm making a difference in the lives of those in need.

I worked as a caregiver under Leeann and Erika for a little under two years. By far the best bosses I've ever had. They truly care about their employees and made it easy to communicate and work with. They made you feel comfortable and tried their best to help during any situations that needed their attention. I've been gone a year and a half and still miss having the kind of communication and care. Would highly recommend working here.

During my time at Serengeti care it was fantastic. I loved being able to work part time thanks to Kirsten and Madaleen for giving me more time at home with my kids! they were also very helpful with getting me started and completing my HCA!

They never answer their phone. And the very few times they do, they are either rude with no empathy or they just don't know the answers, then never follow-up with you on them! I've left several voice-mails with no call backs. The staff does not communicate important events or changes or notifies anyone. I feel discriminated against for being who i am when I've politely asked and given them plenty of notice when I've needed extra time off. I don't feel they have any values or morals, here. I feel to them, it's about money not the employees as people and they don't care about you or recognize you for anything. They are highly unfair and never consider your needs and they don't pay for your CE! One of the most unprofessional places to work for. If you want to become a home care aide or in-home caregiver, Beneficial in-home care in Spokane is top-notch!

I currently work for Spokane Serengeti Care, and I loooove my job!! Management and office staff are really easy to work with, and available 24/7 to answer questions and help out with any problems or concerns. The company pays for training and matches you with clientele you are comfortable with. Health insurance is available after an introductory period and supplies are provided by clients. In my experience, you can work as many, or as few hours you choose to. I am currently working 40 hrs a week and I'm thrilled! I seriously love everything about my job as a caregiver for Serengeti, but the absolute best part is definitely my clients. I assist a broad range of people in their homes and the community and I truly feel like I have family all over Spokane now! I'd like to take this time to thank you all sincerely for welcoming me into your homes and lives!! Melody A.
