Village Plan has provided great Care & been very considerate to all involved. They work to understand needs and adapt as changes in health arise. Their fee is reasonable to the industry. Especially when you have a great care giver, such as the one I have had for over the past 2 years.

VillagePlan is fantastic! Recently my Mom fell and needed 24 hour care. I was scrambling trying to fine people. I reached out to VillagePlan for help. They were so understanding of my situation and got coverage within 24 hours.
Their Caregivers are wonderful. They make Mom their center of attention; asking her questions about her life, finding out what she likes and making her laugh.
Their great service has eased my worry. I no longer have to be the "caregiver".

The complex matter of assisting aging parents is difficult indeed. Our story has been positive because of Becky Tiller at Village Plan. She is an Angel among Angels - and I have met many of those divine beings along the journey of helping my parents - but none as important as Becky has been to our family. I highly recommend VillagePlan to those looking for assistance.
A bit of our story.
Becky Tiller, at Village Plan, has provided extremely valuable and professional support to my mom, dad and me (daughter and POA for my parents) for over 8 years. She has provided me with *critical* advice and assistance at key turning points in my parents care when I had no one to help me.
As an example: When my parents made a decision to move to assisted living across the state she linked me to key, caring and respectful resources in Spokane to move them (a complicated and emotional process). When dad became ill and wanted to move back to his home city, now in need of memory care and mom needing assisted living, Becky took a call from me - where/how to move them back to Spokane? Help! She made critical phone calls and found a lovely place with openings. After dad passed on Becky provided expert grief counseling to mom and took her to doctor visits and put me on speaker phone as I was working out of state. She informed me with her honest and expert opinion in the most professional of ways - always deferring to what was best for mom and thoughtful to provide all the possible options for me and my parents to choose from. She would do check-ins on my mom at her assisted-living residence and provided objective perspectives as mom expressed her needs, for instance, as her eyesight began to fail. Sometimes parents dont want to tell their children everything - Becky provided my mom with a respectful, caring and kind outlet to talk of what troubled her. All along the way Becky was very responsive and helpful (and kind) to me - keeping me fully informed. She realizes how hard this can be on families and provides just the right support at the right time.
Village Plan staff in the business office are also wonderful to work with. Billing is done over email and you can pay online making it easy to keep up. I have recommended Village Plan to many. I am grateful for their services and am particularly pleased with the long-term relationship we have had with Becky- she is an incredible asset to Village Plan. She has been a Godsend to me and my family.
