      image 24/7 is the best part. Location being the second. Nothing special here, overpriced for what you get. Member since 2014, the North Spokane location is the best location and its not even close. Indian trail location is not ran as well.

      image I LOVE this gym!! It is so affordable and offers additional services like personal training. It is never crowded and the people who work out here are always pleasant and I always feel safe. Susie the personal trainer is helping me reach my fitness goals and her attitude is amazing! The equipment is new and always clean. Thanks for such a nice safe place to work out
