MultiCare Rockwood Clinic Primary Care Access Clinic

Came here for help because I needed it asap. Doc I saw ordered some tests. One test I did 2 MONTHS ago. Never got a call about the results. So I call them to get the results, first person told me the ordering provider here CAN give me the results. But because I refused to wait to see a new primary doctor through Multi-care (Because im chronically sick) which by the way the waiting list is 1 YEAR long. The second person I spoke to said they now refuse to even just read and give me my results for my test, because of the primary doctor situation. So I have to wait another MONTH just to get my results from my current providence primary. *PSA could've told me this info 2 months ago instead waiting for ME to reach out. Healthcare is a greedy business. So beware if you come here you have to wait a YEAR or maybe longer to establish with one of THEIR Multi-care providers or they WILL NOT HELP YOU. . And the help they give at the access clinic is VERY minimal hardly helpful at all because all further care has to be done through a PRIMARY they expect you to wait a YEAR to see.

I think the office is comical, they holler at clients as we are nothing on the phone the young girl at the front desk is so unprofessional? Then I can't see my NEW PCP til jan 24 so they sent me here? Wow, I have never feared for my safety with a new provider UNTIL i came here? They have me with someone who either has no idea what she's doing or she is just screwing up EVERYTHING she writes for me? Is it I'm "BLACK" I WOULDNT TAKE MY DOG HERE... WONT NOBODY IN this office help me? The patient relations person wwas supposed to call me back last Thursday by Friday forsur here we are on Tuesday and nothing? This can't be how the operates? I belive she is going to harm someone and the ppl don't care how these PA'S OR DR'S IN THERE DONT TREAT PPL OR won't care for them properly just don't bother. It's a shame some of our homeless don't have a choice but to go there?? Sad

I had the absolute worst experience with this place. I called in mid July to schedule an appointment to have my birth control removed and replaced and prescription refills. The women who scheduled me was very nice and helpful and got me in when I needed. Fast forward to 1 day before my appointment and I get a call while Im at work, they leave a voicemail saying they just found out the provider I was scheduled with only did virtual appointments on Friday's and they dont do birth control removals there. After talking with them for 1 hour while Im at work. We finally get an appointment scheduled for the same day with a different provider yay!! NOT. They tell me I need to call their OBGYN clinic to get it removed, but they couldnt get me in for 1 month after it was expired. The day of my appointment they call me to say, they need to reschedule because the provider is out sick, after being on the phone for 30 minutes they say oh never mind that was a miscommunication we can see you at your scheduled time. I get there and the nurse is really rude and looked like she hated her job, and the provider was only in the room for 10 minutes. Over all worse experience ever.
