        Dan is not like most attorneys. I have been around several for different occasions. This man is genuine. He truly cares about you and will put all effort into your case. He treats you like an actual human being unlike some cases I felt like a chew toy from different attorneys. He is very knowledgeable and will be patient with you.       Thank you for the rating. As an attorney, I routinely fight cases for multiple years. In the vast majority of long cases, I do not receive pay unless we win or settle in the end. It is no simple task. I am rarely eager to enter litigation because it is hard, costly, emotional, and frustrating. For that reason, any litigant (clients) must be wary of what is ahead. No one should eagerly file suit because the road ahead is very difficult and full of uncertainty.
