        I fell getting out of my car broke my 2 front teeth,, my son lucky for me found the only place open and they took me in even after they were to close ,, every one was so nice and took me in checked me out n in a short time gave me good news on fixing my teeth. In a few weeks I'll have a great smile again !

        Dr. Williams and Megan do great work and they are very informative and professional. As the office environment, it isnt what I would call warm and fuzzy though. Quite stark. Also there business model makes you feel like youre the fuel to the marketing machine. Also not too fond of the advertisements on the TVs especially the ones for Botox. Since when our dentist doing Botox. There is also a disconnect between there billing and the patient insurance yearly max. If it wasnt for Dr Williams Id probably be looking for other options. Thank you

      Dr. Ryan Bushman is a Quincy native, and after an undergraduate degree at Eastern Washington University, he earned his dental degree from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. Dr. Bushman and his wife chose to plant their roots in the greater Spokane area because of twin loves of family and adventure. We strive to put forth a comfortable and clean environment for our patients, although our office may not be suitable to every individual's personal taste. Regarding our television, we try to make our patients aware of the services we offer as some patients may not think to ask or assume we don't offer such services. And yes - that does include cosmetic botox! Our very own Dr. Kelly Fisher has been licensed to provide cosmetic botox, as may patients seek our services for cosmetic reasons just as they do for medical reasons. We do apologize for any miscommunications regarding insurance -- insurance companies will be the first to tell you that the information they provide to us is never a guarantee of payment, and although we do our best to provide the most accurate estimates possible it is ultimately a policy holder's responsibility to understand their own benefits.
