I WOULD NEVER & WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND GRINS & GIGGLES (I WOULDNT EVEN CATEGORIZE THIS PLACE UNDER DENTISTRY AT LEAST FROM MY EXPERIENCE I FIRST WENT THERE LAST YEAR AS A NEW PATIENT & GET CHECKED OUT & GET A CLEANING. I HAD 2 TEETH THAT I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT. I DIDNT HAVE INSURANCE FOR YEARS SO ALL DENTISTS WOULD DO IS PULL MY TEETH. SO MY BACK 3 TEETH CHEWING TEETH ARE GONE. BOTH OF THE BOTHERSOME TEETH CANINES on the right the tooth broke off flat across but wasnt hurting at all. The left side wasnt broken or chipped but was kind of loose & wiggled I told the dentist assistant & she said she looked on the X-RAYS didnt see anything like cavities or anything going on. So I was like ok & didnt really think to disbelieve her when the doctor came in I ask about my tooth & he said yeah because of you having to use more of your front teeth to chew you are going to lose them THEY ARE ALL GOING TO FALL OUT HE SAID I WAS THINKING OH MY GOD WHAT DO I DO? Well fast forward to this year I went back in for my yearly cleaning & that left wiggly tooth has been getting worse so I spoke to his current assistant & she proceeded to tell me WELL IT LOOKS LIKE THERE WASNT ANY X-RAYS TAKEN OF THAT TOOTH IT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OUT BECAUSE NOW ITS ABCESSED & PRETTY MUCH SHOVED ME OUT THE DOOR. I HAD TO COME BACK & ASK FOR A PRESCRIPTION FOR PENICILLIN FOR THE INFECTION abscess I WAS LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Well I wasnt really sure what to think. Well I came back (MY MISTAKE) to have the 2 teeth extracted and it was a different dentist this time. Two major problems #1 the dentist injected me with Novacaine five times and I still wasnt numb. Which everyone is telling me now that the dentist doesnt know how to its the correct nerves for numbing. WHEN I LEFT THE ONLY THING THAT WAS NUMB WAS MY RIGHT NOSTRIL I FELT EVERYTHING I am a giant 66 tall man, I handle lost of pain & this was the most excruciating thing I have ever experienced at a doctors. #2 while Im laying there & hes trying to remove the right tooth it broke & HE NEEDED A TOOL SO HE CAN REMOVE DEEP ROOTS THAT SOMETIMES BREAK OFF & AS I AM LAYING THERE HE ASK HIS ASSISTANT FOR THE TOOL TO REMOVE THE DEEP ROOTS & SHE SAYS TO HIM WE DONT HAVE ONE WHAT I WAS HEARING WAS HORRIFYING & I was in so much pain but couldnt just get up & leave with my teeth halfway out. & HE THEN PROCEEDED TO JAM THE TOOL HE HAD SO DEEP INTO MY GUMS THAT HE CHIPPED MY TOOTH & DESTROYED MY GUMS. It was so painful (I HAVE PICTURES IF YOU WANT TO SEE JUST MESSAGE ME) After everything THE DENTIST-SAID GO AHEAD & schedule a follow up in 4 weeks to check everything out. I got up & walked to the front lobby & I just kept walking & never looked back. Please be cautious & I know it sounds weird but ask questions like hey just want to make sure you have all the tools you need for doing my procedure

I was told i needed a bridge so out of pocket I took them at their word now FIVE bridges later, they all just kept breaking! Now after having the last one in since this last summer 7 months total I was eating squid and it snapped AGAIN. DO NOT GET A BRIDGE DONE BY THIS DENTAL CLINIC. Poor material cutting corners and no recourse for accountability!
