I made an appointment to learn how hard to press down on my lymphatic system, so I could do this on my own. HA! NOT A CHANCE!! There is definitely way more to it and this cant be done on your own. Tawnya knows her stuff and is so amazing, so professional, and makes you feel so comfortable. I had energy immediately after the first session ( and it did not interfere with my sleep at all). You can see and feel the results right away as well. I will be a repeat customer and would suggest anyone to see her if you want to look and feel better.

Tawnya is GREAT!! She answered all of my questions and told me step by step everything she was doing through the process. I lost 4 pounds my first session and inches as well. I was skeptical at First but after my first session I lost three pounds and could feel and see a difference. Very impressed with the results. No down time and no pain!! Well Worth the money!
