Dont take your child here they will not keep a close on on your kid. And you child will come home with many injuries. And they are bad about closing for the day without notice a lot. They also lie a lot and act fake and make it where your the bad guy but your not . They like to flip things around. And say everyone is lying when everyone knows the truth. Dont know why they still in business. Also if you take things there for your kid most of it will go missing and wont get back.

This place is gross, very unprofessional, unexpected random closures. Not sure how they are still open to be honest. Wouldn't recommend bringing your child here.

Since I cant reply to your comment on my previous review Ill leave a new one. The only disrespect I showed was when I attempted to help you run a business that I had been apart of for 8 years prior to you taking over. You wanted to hear none of my advice, none of my expertise, and you pushed me out because you didnt want any of the old employees apart of your team. When I finally spoke up and said I was leaving you decided to try to get me to stay. I have done absolutely nothing to you or your team besides speak the truth and report to the licensor. Should have done it while I was employed so you would have actually been caught in all your crazy over ratios. Ive not seen or even spoken to you since April 2023 (my last month working for you) except to ask where my W2 was in March 2024. Have a good day, Felicia. I hope you can learn to take some responsibility for your own actions Instead of blaming others.

I have nothing but good things to say about this daycare and ESPECIALLY the owners! First off they treat both my wild boys with love and kindness. My 3 year old started there a year ago and he is now verbal and potty trained! And my 8 year old goes during holidays and summertime. They run their facility like a home and they feed the kids delicious meals. My boys love coming here and sometimes dont wanna leave because it really feels like a home. The owners and the staff are so patient and kind with all the kids. Theyre especially great with children that have ADHD. My 3 year and is now extremely verbal and potty trained and he wont be 4 until April. Both my boys have flourished because of the loving environment here. The owners go out of their way to do really fun outings with the kids when the weather is nice. Last year they took them to the Garland Theater and rented a limo for transportation. They also went to Cat Tailz, Blue Zoo, and the pumpkin patch just to name a few. Theyre always doing really fun art projects as well. As well as feeding the kids really nutritious and yummy meals throughout the day. They have a really nice outdoor area that is attached to the field behind Millwood kindergarten and sometimes they get permission to use it for the kids. Last year they did a really fun sports camp. They also threw a really fun water party and rented an inflatable waterslide! They also throw really fun holiday parties for the kids and the parents as well. As far as the random occasional closures I think some of the parents are overreacting. That has hardly ever happened and it was only ever due to an emergency situation. They just got over a 9 day closure due to a hacker trying to shut them down and messing with all of their electronic devices and internet. They went as far as to cut their internet cables! So the closure was for the safety of everyone. This is right after Felicia the owner just lost her mother. Some of these parents need to be considerate of things that are out of the owners control. Some teachers that left were employed initially by the previous owners and some of them just got caught up in all the drama. I know theyre going to fill back up quickly because they treat their employees and the families with so much kindness and understanding. If youre looking for quality care you need to bring your babies here. It feels like leaving your kids with family.
