        When I first walked in, there was an extremely aggressive dog that lunged and barked at us repeatedly. It was a "service dog" belonging to the manager. While shopping I attempted to ask the manager a question. Stood there for a solid ten minutes while she ignored me, talking to 2 other people about stuff definitely not related to work. The other two looked at me several times and then back to her, waiting for her to talk to me. They looked very uncomfortable about her ignoring me. I finally walked away. She literally didn't say a word to me. I'll find a other place to spend my money, and I won't ever suggest that any of my friends go there.

        Extremely friendly with good service. But it is still a Tandy so you're going to pay a little more for the convenience of buying in person.

        Tim is awesome. I got to meet him when he helped me find some leatherwork supplies. He is very knowledgeable and obviously loves his work. They offer a lot of classes there too.
