I visited this Sephora for the first time last weekend. The staff was friendly, very knowledgeable and made me feel welcome. I had an impromptu facial which was great and will definitely return.

I was only buying a $22 eyebrow pencil and asked if someone could show me how best to use it. They asked Omar, who left the register and very clearly explained what he was doing while he drew a great brow on me. He was even gracious when my sisters criticized the intensity of the brow! Great experience, thanks to Omar.

The store was cute, clean, easy access but most importantly the employees made me feel so confident and happy in the store. Specifically Omar was the best employee and deserves a raise because he was phenomenal and showed me so much kindness (nudge nudge wink wink @ management)

I actually met Omar about 5 years ago while he was working at another makeup store in the area. I will go where he goes! Walking into the store, I was immediately greeted by his warm smile and friendly demeanor, setting the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional shopping experience. What truly impresses me about Omar is his extensive knowledge of beauty products and his genuine passion for helping customers. Despite being a male employee in a predominantly female-oriented industry, he exuded confidence and expertise that surpassed any preconceived notions I may have had.
