MAC Cosmetics

I'll never forget the time that I went to buy mascara at this store and some guy started flirting with me as I was paying. As I was kindly dismissing the guy, the lady managing this counter made a point to snap about how she can't wait to get home to HER husband if I would hurry up and pay. It was disgusting and appalling to me that she would be outright disrespectful to me who was already receiving an unwelcome advance from a strange guy. So glad that lady doesn't work there anymore.

I get my brushes and makeup at the Mac counter. I love my makeup. Freedom works there and when I go, there is so much excitement. I just love going and seeing what new things to try. I won't buy my makeup anywhere else. If you haven't met Ms.Freedom you need to. Trust me you won't be disappointed

Coming to this cosmetic stand is always amazing because the sales associates are always friendly and helpful and KNOWLEDGEABLE about the products and what works best for each individual customer! I feel like family here! And thank you to Freedom! She has hooked me up with products I never thought would be beneficial to me. The blue lipsticks are fabulous, the iridescent eye shadows, and setting sprays have made such a difference! I wont be going back to my old cosmetics anytime soon because MAC has become my new favorite one stop shop for whatever I need! Thank you so much!!!

#okurrrrr First let me say whoever hired these people know what customer service is. I believe her name was joy was so bubbly and happy and it made my day, the two black guys, freedom and I think it was xzavior were very funny. They were so helpful especially the new one, even when it got busy. They listen and color matched me to the T girl! I was very impressed because Im a tricky shade. But anyways this is the place to go to get your makeup did.

Horrible customer service!! The 2 ladies working this kiosk are absolutely rude and disrespectful. This is the second time I've had issues with them giving me the wrong color foundation then what I asked for. I decided to check the box before leaving sure enough she gave the wrong color and when I let her know she argued with me stating that not what I told her. I've been wearing this foundation for over a year I think I know what color I am. But after she was completely rude and arguementitive I've decided I'm changing back to Estée Lauder. It's nothing against mac products, I love MAC! But it's not worth having to deal with these two women. MAC if you don't want to lose anymore customers I suggest you fire and rehire more polite, considerate, and kind employees.
