The workers are hacks and they failed to meet a simple building code. Jason Sackmann refused to correct the issue and abandoned the job after full payments were made. Framing was uneven, windows installed incorrectly, doors will not close, everything they did they left a huge mess and did not clean up. They left the roof unfinished and the metal in my yard. Never saw them again. Stay away from this contractor.

They do very High-end, quality work but not with the expensive price tag! Definitely worth the phone call & Quote! I only wish I had called you guys first,, so I never got myself into this mess! Hands down the only Contractor in the Spokane CDA area that I have ever been 100% Happy with! Seriously A+ ! I hired J&S to Remodel my Kitchen because I was told they where good. By the time we said our final goodbye to the crew, not only was my Kitchen amazing (Wife VERY happy), but we had expanded on the project to include a new bathroom, bedroom addition and full Basement Remodel! They came in under budget & on-time! AND My family was living in the house thru all of this! I cant even put into words how nice and comfortable they made us feel. I'm sure my kids bothered them from time to time, but oh well ;-) They kept a clean, safe work environment and when it was all said and done, I cant tell enough people about how smooth and amazing this whole process was! And that is saying a lot because I am picky! Seriously, Thanks Jason and team! You are hands down Spokane's Best Remodeling contractor! I will try to upload pictures later Service: Remodeling

An Amazing Company and truly Fantastic Work! The crew we had building for us was just outstanding! They are a "one stop shop" when it comes to just about ANYTHING the customer wants.. We had more to get done then I can even think about, and the owner of J&S Construction (Jason) was all over it! From Permits to Paint, Jason and the whole Remodel Spokane team saved our butt.. My expectations of J&S Construction stated out high, and they never let me down! Not even once. Due to my mistakes, we where Under the gun and deadlines approaching fast, and J&S Construction (Remodel Spokane) saved the day big time! Thanks guys! Everybody pay attention here = You wont be disappointed! I know my Company wasn't!
