        Landon did an amazing job leveling two different walkways and two patio areas that had significant uneven settling. He was able to lift and level unsightly and dangerous trip hazards on the walkways. Each of our two patios had three 56 foot concrete slabs that has sunk at least 3 inches lower than their adjacent slab. He lifted and leveled all 6 slabs to match their neighbor slab. We are extremely satisfied with the work he did for us. Service: Concrete leveling

        Fixed 2 cracks in our foundation last year, he must have ran out of material on the 2nd crack and didnt catch it til this year. Had a small bit of water penetration on that crack. Tried calling him for several weeks and never returned any of my calls or messages to have him come look.

        Reached out to have them look at our foundation and some interior cracking. They were able to confirm its normal settling and gave use pointers of what to look out for if there's a bigger issue in the future. They were very friendly and helpful. If we do have issues in the future we plan to go to them first.

      Hi Donald, sorry to hear that. We were having some issues with some call forwarding and voicemail software that we were using that was blocking clients calls and messages and treating them like spam calls. We have transferred everything to new software and hopefully have resolved the issues. Both cracks were injected in accordance with industry standards with contiguous overlap of material through all ports along the cracks. If the foundation crack is still dynamic and has enough excess movement in the crack; it can allow moisture in through the repaired crack if the joint filling material is subjected to movement that exceeds its elasticity. It could indicated ongoing movement and settling in the foundation wall. The foundation may need to be curtain grouted around the cracks to help prevent future water intrusion.
