My daughter went to file emergency orders. What part of that don't they get? This entire office needs MORE employees and to definitely understand the "Customer Service" of doing it. Most people are looking for HELP in already difficult situations. Not to be berated by the clerks office! SAD What happened to the paperwork reduction act?
