I visited PF Changs often, but this experience at the Spokane location has to be the worst one Ive had. Our waiter had an attitude and a snarky tone, which we ignored.
Once we told him my sister had a shellfish allergy, he was extremely rude. He said he could not guarantee that they could safely cook the food separately. This is first time any PF Changs has said they cannot accommodate this.
We asked for the manager, and he also showed no concern or compassion for our request. This is unacceptable. As a restaurant, you should be taking these request seriously. Shellfish allergies are serious. If you cant at least guarantee food safety, then at least show better customer service.

Great food and for the most part very consistent. Gave 4 stars due to not authentic Chinese food. I do appreciate that they have selected gluten free items. I just wish the did the hot and sour soup gluten free!
