Shawn and the guys were awesome. We communicated through e-mail and that went perfectly. The gentlemen were professional and courteous. They showed us pictures of the flues and said they didn't need cleaning. We were charged nothing, much to our surprise. I would highly recommend Valley Chimney Repair and be sure to ask about their senior citizen rate.

Made an appointment and they didn't show up - said on another job with no cell service. Made a follow up appointment indicating they would do all my chimneys for the price of one. Emailed last minute that they couldn't make that appointment.
Sent many emails asking when they could do the job with no response.

If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would! We called Valley Chimney and long story short, we needed a chimney liner installed. They were on time, friendly, professional, and on budget as well.
