image I received a gift card for a remote start for Christmas this year from my sister & her husband .I was very happy & grateful.
Wanting to get.my remote start installed quickly I made an appointment for 2pm on Dec 22nd .When dropping off my car I asked how long this would take? up to 3hrs max I was told. By 5:30 I hadn't received any updates & decided to call. Jose informed me my car would be ready by 6. I arrived alittle before 6 & was told my car was not ready yet... My daughter & I sat in the waiting room. 6:30 NO communication with any staff as to what was going on.... I asked Brian at the front desk if there was a remote to change the channel from football to something my daughter & I would want to watch & his response was.... Kind of.... Thinking maybe he was looking for remote we sat back down & waited... 7pm I was told they were not able to get the remote start working.......They needed technical support which had left for the day & No t.v. remote had been given to make our wait any easier. Brian assured me he would get me right in as soon as I was availble... Well 3 weeks & several calls later had passed...... I finally got a spot.Brian said 3pm Friday the 12th would work which was great because I use my car for work & can't leave it for the whole day. Excited to get the remote start finished I showed up alittle before 3pm on the 12th. At the front desk I wanted to check in my car when Brian looks at me & says he must have misheard me he can't get my car in that day..... That was his only response No sorry No Nothing! I stood there almost thinking someone was going to jump out & say gotcha......But No....
I replied what did he think I meant 3am???
Still standing there in shock at what horrible customer service I was getting I asked? When will it work for me to drop off my car?
Brian responded I would need to leave it all day M- F which I had already let him know that I need my car for work & would be losing money which as a single Mom is hard. Very upset I left with No apology..
As I arrived home I decided I was going to call for a manager. I called Snows auto Jose answered & I asked for a manager
To my surprise Jose told me Brian was the manager of Snows auto & there was no one above him to talk to.. I was in complete shock that the person that had been so blatantly rude was the one in charge of the entire Snows auto.. I asked if I could possibly talk to the owners? No but the Assistant manager could possibly help... That Sunday I went in to talk to Tyler the assistant manager who was very nice & set up an appointment for my car on Jan 22nd 1 month after my 1st appointment. I did ask if i could speak with the owners about my experience & was told Brian is very good friends with them.. So NO was my answer.
They did finally get my remote start working on Jan 22nd & everything has been working properly as of today..
I would not recommend this company to anyone. It was a complete nightmare dealing with Brian the Manager of Snows Auto.. He turned what would have been a very generous gift into a long drawn out hassle from beginning to End.

image I've been to Snow's for three different services and have had a good experience each time. They do quality work and are helpful. If you are looking to get your windows tinted, a stereo installed, or a dash cam installed, this is the place!

image Snows staff was welcoming and the holiday specials were very good, however The quality of install on my truck wasnt very pleasing. Only took 2 hours to tint all my windows. When I got home that night I saw a microfiber In between the tint on my driver side. They rescheduled me to get tinted again. Only to leave some bubbles in my tint still after being redone. Also the front passenger is cut 1/4 inch short of the actual glass edge. Big eyesore when I have the windows down as it doesn't match the rear. I understand people make mistakes and things happen, but there has got to be some quality control and final inspections before handing the keys back over. I was recommended to them by a family member and Im quite regretful.
