Business Cents

At one time this was a 5 star review. We tried to hire them again for a new project but, the company has been sold since we last worked with them. I no longer have the confidence I had with the previous owner. They had us and we weren't shopping anyone else. Then when I called to verify our meeting I was told Steven didn't remember setting the meeting and was asked if maybe I was shopping other companies and had a meeting with them. No we weren't shopping we were going to hire you.

This company has gone down in customer service. They keep passing accounts around and the numbers don't add up.

I started working with Business Cents several months ago. I was having trouble finding time to log expenses, pay taxes and complete payroll. They were able to step in and take over. Now I have an app on my phone for categorizing receipts that uploads directly to Business Cents. No more carrying around receipts I undoubtedly misplace and no more worrying about whether I have paid enough taxes at the end of each quarter. My accountant is having a much easier time now as well. I would highly recommend Business Cents to anyone looking for a one stop shop bookkeeping solution. Their staff is upbeat and genuine and I can tell on every call that they want to make my life easier and they have!
