        Well one person is correct they are money hungry and really do not care about their clients, they bill for every minute to eat away at YOUR money not theirs, I would ask L & I for a different consulting clinic, thankfully this is not the only company in town.

        I don't even think they deserve one star. They were NO help at all. Money hungry. They billed L&I consistently for hundreds of dollars and I saw Betty Mason once and when I asked her for an appointment because I needed a little help she refused; but still billed L&I again and again and again. My name is Vonda McElroy-Allen and I was most certainly supposed to be your client.

      Since we NEVER handled your claim, Mr. Smith, I find it hard to reconcile what you have to say. Also, we are NOT a clinic, we are Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors. One other thing, any $ you put into Labor and Industries is paid back to you PLUS in time loss and medical, especially if one requires surgery or is paid time loss for years and years. What Labor and Industries pays us is through WA State Funds, and NOT anything a person might have paid into Labor and Industries. Best of Luck to you in the future, whatever problems you are experiencing I hope become resolved and you are able to return to work.
