An absolute nightmare. They began harassing us with daily mails to file our Annual report (an add on service) months in advance of the deadline. When we asked them to quit, they responded with glib BS. When we went to disconnect they froze an account that remains in good standing and are now actively withholding our communications with the state. Blerg.

Their website is impossible. Logging into my account is invre difficult. I use their services for my business phone, they didn't tell me that I would receive text messages in the website through the number. I missed a few potential clients. I had over 10 messages from the last few months I didn't know about. Logging in is nearly impossible.
