        I ordered something that was two hour delivery because I met the minimum amount, 4 hours later I checked the status because it still wasnt delivered. They said it was because the cut off time had passed and would be delivered the next day. I understand things happen but this was not advertised anywhere. I then called this morning and I was not given a time on when it would be delivered just that it would be sometime today. This is false advertising. Most people order things depending on wait times so when I saw two hours I was enticed. After I missed the cut off (despite the cut off hours not being listed anywhere) I was told by customer service it would be delivered first thing today. Here we are, no update other than sometime today well I would sure hope so?? Considering it was supposed to be delivered within two hours and my account was already charged!? If you can, avoid this place. There are plenty of other beauty supply stores, avoid this one.
