If there were more stars I would definitely give him all of them! Larry was absolutely wonderful! If was very thorough and explained everything thing that he saw and fixed my car right up very quickly. And was very polite and friendly. He even fixed this noise coming from my wheel that wasn't the original problem. Thanks a million Larry! I well definitely call him for my car in the future if there is a need!

I am satisfied with the job he did on my chevy. He is transparent and knowledgable. Two things I can respect from anyone I hire to do any kind of work for me. Thanks Larry.

Absolutely aweful customer service! They offer a warranty they do not honor, and when you call due to issues, they cuss at you and hang up on you! My boyfriend paid for all new back brakes on his vehicle, and due to their negligence, (not replacing everything as he paid for) he almost got into a wreck. We had to put his vehicle in another shop who actually did the job right. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE!!!

Larry said he knew how to change the alternator in my car and when he got here he said it looked to hard so he left. Should have said he couldn't do it if he didn't know how. Don't call him to do an alternator swap on a honda pilot

He was so polite in accommodating even though I didn't end up using him he gave me advice over the phone I will definitely call him if I ever need help in Spokane
