        Came in to have regular service on my Infiniti QX-60. Waited for vehicle. Instead of waiting in lounge onsite I walked a block away to Cottage Cafe for breakfast. Service rep stayed in regular contact by phone. They discovered an unexpected problem with my vehicle. We discussed options and took care of it. By the time I was finished with breakfast, my vehicle was ready.
