        This shop came very highly recommended to me, but unfortunately my experience with them was largely negative. Don't bother calling because nobody answers the phones and they never call you back. The best communication I had was with Nicole, who responded via email in a more timely manner. Not a surprise that the only woman working there was also the only one to be somewhat professional with customers. I truly felt like my time and kindness towards them were being taken advantage of. I never received updates on my car unless I hounded them for answers, and again, Nicole was the only person who helped me. After all was said and done, they did a good job repairing my bumper. However they severely lacked in professionalism, communication, and timeliness to complete the work. Service: Body & Trim
