Volume Hearing & Audiology

I was very apprehensive about getting hearing aids. Too many friends and family told me I needed to check it out. Luckily the audiologist that tested my hearing and explained my hearing loss to me referred me to Volume Hearing. I was still apprehensive. Then I felt like I was in good hands as soon as Ray started explaining my hearing loss and that he was there to help me. I couldnt be happier being able to regain what I lost. Ray explained everything in such a way that he could walk me right through what I needed to know. Being fitted with the right hearing aids has made such a difference in my life. Ill always be grateful for the way Ray helped me to hear again!

The minute we left your office yesterday it was like my dad is a new man. He has been commenting about new experiences with his hearing. We went to lunch at Twigs and his back was toward the crowd in the restaurant so we used the sound focus (if thats what its called?) and he participated in the conversation like we havent seen in years! Last night I made popcorn on the stove and he was so thrilled that he could hear the explosions as he called it. These are among many other observations we all made throughout the day. The icing on the cake was when he said to me with a smile on his face and a sparkle in his eye that the world is speaking to me! It brings tears to my eyes. I just cant thank you enough for all that you did for him. You do amazing impactful work. You spent the time he needed to understand his hearing and the hearing aids he is using. THANK YOU from our entire family! You are just the absolute best.

There is a reason Volume Hearing and Audiology has such great reviews. Ray is knowledgeable, very sensitive to your comfort and needs, and most of all, he truely cares about his patients. He spends time teaching you what you need to know about your hearing and how you can learn to relate to hearing aids and how they work for you. I've had hearing aids for 5 years now, and these new ones, programed with the results of Rays extensive test results have been leaps and bounds beyond what I've had. I thought my days of understanding people had come to an end. Now I can participate in conversations again. I highly recommend Ray, and Volume Hearing and Audiology.

Ray is one of the best audiologist I have met with. He has the necessary software for many brands of hearing aids. He gave me extra time to try 2 different hearing aids. I picked the one I liked. Because he is a United Healthcare approved audiologist, I was able to get a $2500 insurance supplement. I highly recommend Ray for help with your hearing aid choice.
