        Had to chuckle at this comment: "John is very business savvy, however he is not user friendly and a bit offensive." Maybe, I guess, but I'll take the "business savvy". He knows what he's doing and gets $#!t done, which we very much appreciated. He's done many small tasks for us pro-bono, did the closing for the sale of our property, and navigated us through the touchy and complicated process of evicting squatters. He will remain our go-to guy for this stuff.
