        Never more than 2 people working behind the window. Super Slow-have acoured late fees due to the inability to pay on last day due! Today I walk out after 17min.and 1 space movement. Outside, the ATM is missing entirely and the drive thru is *** out if service. Are you kidding me? This after 3 other locations closed in Spokane. HATE EVERYTUME I HAVE TO GO IN PERSON

        This place is a complete joke! Managers standing around while there is only one person working at the counter with the line of waiting customers out the door. I will be moving onto another bank immediately.
