The Lusitano Apartments

I loved living here. I lived here for a year. I never had my garage broken into at all like the previous comment stated. Maintenance guys are super nice and I feel maintenance actually goes above and beyond for you. I also love how I was able to walk to Starbucks and Safeway whenever I wanted to.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Weve been here for only 2 months and have had more issues than any other place weve lived before. The maintenance team tries to be on top of things, but I never hear back from the management to address the problems. I have never left a review in my life, but feel its necessary to hopefully save anyone else from living here.

Was doordashing at this apartment complex. Their Apartment sign isnt visible from the roadway. The customer says there is a roundabout in there. There is no roundabout. This apartment complex needs a big bold sign and it has a low brick sign not visible on Barnes. Frustrating. Still feel frustrated from my very first doordash experience.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! They have garage break-ins on the regular. No actual security just a parked car and someone who drives through the complex ONCE a night. My garage door broke down EVERY winter, and the office tells me that I have to wait 6 months to get it repaired all the while not having access to it for that time as they want me to give them the fob, then they won't take money off my rent due to that. The walls are RIDICULOUSLY thin and you can hear everything next door and above. I have had multiple bad experiences with upstairs neighbors. Nobody picks up their dog poop. Maintenance takes a long time to respond to anything as well as the appliances are bottom dollar. Lastly, Pheonix has to be one of the most deceitful people I have ever had as my apartment manager. I had some instances happen in which I could've sued him and the complex due to aggression but I decided against it because I just wanted to get on with my life.

TERRIBLE MANAGMENT! I moved in Spring 2022 and out Aug 2023. The original management company was really great. They were responsive, available and professional. Once the management switched to Black management, holy cow! I truthfully cannot begin to explain the issues. Rather than make a mind-blowing list I will just say, none of them are organized even slightly and they lose everything but remember nothing. The turnover is insane. You'll be waiting to hear back from a gal one day to find out a weeks later no one is in the office or answering voicemails because they are no longer with the company. They blame errors on each other. The move out process is HORRENDOUS. Again, I won't even get into it. Apartments are hard to come by these days but think twice about renting to Black Managment. Also, parking is very hard to come by.
