        The people selling blues and methods to the local community live here. They will make your life absolutely he'll if you're not a customer. And Mondo the head drug dealer will not give you your mail. He makes up new rules as the druggies get worse and always takes there side. He let's druggie s pets pee and poop in the hallway always. The old and crippled people are forced to take the street drugs so no one sleeps. This building needs to be closed down
