I would give this place negative stars if I could. The place is INFESTED with all kinds of bugs, including BED BUGS & ROACHS. If you absolutely cannot find somewhere else to live, make sure you dont sign the bedbug addendum & buy some bed bug spray. Otherwise RUN.

The apartment is amazing and has so much character, the neighbors are friendly and the apartment manager Stephan is awesome to work with and wend above and beyond to help us get in super quickly. Im so glad we picked this building :)

sorry but i will be giving all kiemle hagood run properties a 1 star most the mangers are rude and there maintenance team that is there now are not really doing there job i have first hand knowledge of a lot of things for this. rent is to high for buildings that are not up to code and falling apart

For the past 4 or 5 years, my partner and I have lived at the Oak apartments and we have seen and dealt with so much. In the first couple years we were happy to be there. The landlord really cared about the residents, he made sure to carry out maintenance requests, rent to neighbors that would get along with the other neighbors, just make living there enjoyable. After the community manager changed, it was great, but then he left too. The next community manager didn't communicate as well but she did her best, after all COVID happened and we were all struggling. But when our window cracked due to the cold temps and wind, our maintenance request to fix it never happened. Before the window was even cracked, they were broken around the seals and very hard to open and shut. The summers were so hot and the winters were so cold because the building is so old and drafty. If you're renting a one bedroom, please know that there is no door to your room and the bathroom is right next to it. So any visitors you have, will have to walk through your room to get to it. The kitchens are small and really only ideal for one person. As is the bathroom space. There is always a problem with finding enough space to park your car nearby. But the nice part about this place is that Rosauers is right next to it.
