        I live next door and have witnessed the onsite manager/maintenance guy blowing leaves and debry onto my property and the people next door. We have confronted them and so have the neighbors yet it still happens. Not to mention the walk in and walk out traffic with how the property is next to a homeless camp.

        I've been renting here for a few months and I've already fallen in love with the place! It's very quiet with friendly neighbors, perfect for those that have early mornings and don't like loud neighbors. The apartment manager David is very helpful with any concerns and has genuine concern for the quality of stay for those renting here. The best part of this complex is the view! Absolutely wonderful and you can see the 4th of July fireworks without leaving your patio. Definitely would recommend renting here 10/10.
