        Maybe this is standard airline practice now, and not a reflection of United Airlines, but I was a bit disappointed. I purchased tickets for myself and my friend to visit Peru, but then had to cancel due to suddenly being transferred to a different shift at work. United offered me a partial exchange credit to rebook new flights for the tickets I purchased for myself, but offered me nothing for my friend, even though I paid for everything. Lesson learned, I won't purchase other people's tickets in the future. Smh. :(

        Very dissapointted in this airline. Nobody helped me for my baggage and it was closed and then I went to TSA to ask an agent for help and everyone's disregard for others is absolutely horrifying. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Missed my flight and a time to spend with my family. Not polite at all. Thanks for nothing.
