Wont be doing business with these people anymore they charged me over 700 dollars this year and all they did was file my W2 lol. Pretty sure turbo tax is still free and the more complicated stuff like crypto I can do online with services that dont charge anywhere near what these crooks take from me.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! Aside from the list of extra charges and being completely unorganized, hand written side notes if any notes at all concerning regular "payroll charges"and to my wife"s questions they replied rudely with no explanation. The WORST being uninformed and misinformed for the last 3 years! They told us to sign the return that was incomplete which ended up in us forking out double the tax amount owed($5,000) and had we not had the money set aside we would have been disqualified on the closing of the new home that we were trying to purchase but could not because they didn't tell us that the return had a $2,500 mistake. Jordon Hatfield did not tell us anything about it and we only found out that we owed money to the IRS through our lender who said that "you guys are disqaulified until you pay the taxes that you owe." When we explained this to the IRS agent he informed us, as did other CPA's, that they would most definitely had that information directly in front of them. They never apologized or provided any reason for the mistake and instead they acted indignant towards us as if it happens all the time, and when my wife asked about the most recent payroll charges, (they consistently charge over one hour rate for something that took them 30 second labor that resulted in over $100), they said," are you going to pay or not! " They have also drastically increased the yearly tax rate and gave no discount for the recent mistake. They were unwilling to provide regular needed information to our lender to complete the closing on our home purchase. I have never seen any one company with this kind of clumsiness of paperwork and uncaring attitude from their staff persons! If I could give a minus review I would most certainly do so. I don't know anybody in their right mind that would give a five star review to this place no way no how!!!!!
