        Always a terrible experience. Definitely will be changing our pharmacy over to Walgreens. Wife had ACL surgery at 11:30 am. We were released from the hospital at 3:30 on pain meds. I went to get her prescription at 6pm and they said its not ready come back at 9:30! I came back then and it wasnt ready yet. We plead our case that this is serious and they said we have to wait until 11:30PM. We complained that we cannot wait that long and they said we are welcome to stand in the store and wait until then. So disrespectful and horrible to do to someone is such pain.

        Another month, another screw up on my meds! ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!!! Your website for refills is ALWAYS wrong forcing patients to try to get thru by phone. Still on hold 40 mins now, and I'm only down to number 9 in the que! UNACCEPTABLE AS USUAL WITH YOU PEOPLE!

        Made an appointment for a vaccine. Waited to the appointment time. Pharmacist says, "Whoops, we don't have that vaccine." Um... Your customer service says you should have it and I made an appointment for it at this location...
