Granite Pointe Apartments

Granite Pointe is a great place to live. I am in phase 2 and would recommend these apartments. Nicole is very helpful and polite. Every person in the office is knowledgeable and efficient.

The manager Nicole is very rude. Every time we would call to complain, if she didn't like what we were saying she would hang up on us. Many complaints went unanswered. Nicole is very unprofessional and you should avoid renting here because she will try to take advantage of you. She is overcharging us for damages and cleaning even though some of the damages were in the apartment prior to moving out. I feel that she was discriminatory complaining that she was afraid of my son in law because he is Mexican. Do not rent here unless you want to be taken advantage of as they wouldn't give us details about the length of the life of the carpet just wants us to pay for the entire thing. Very disappointed.
