        What the HELL!!! WHY IS MY WATER BILL DOUBLED??? What is this rediculous $21.00 "Capital" fee?? Did anyone VOTE to allow you to gouge us? For what, exactly, is all this money going for? According to your brochure', a lot of the contaminants in our water haven't been tested in almost 8 to 10 years? That is ridiculous! Also, why are we getting a filtration charge of $7..... for the EPA fee?? I know of absolutely no one who drinks tap water because it's so nasty. You should see the yuck from the water that drips into my drying bin for my dishes. You would be disgusted. Absolutely disgusting that my hand washed dishes drip nasty yuck that comes from my faucet in Spanaway. I am not happy!!

        Not great service. Maybe we should all ask parkland light and water to expand their service area because they have much better customer service.

        I'm not sure what to say. They have a monopoly over the water supply in our community. Unfortunately, it is impossible to source our water elsewhere, and are prohibited by legislation from gathering our own.

        got our water disconnected after hours and the emergency service wont do anything until the next day, this company sucks as life. Dont even think that we have infants at home smfh
