Emerald Towing

My vehicle was towed here by the police after an accident. The car was totaled but it took weeks for Emerald Towing to respond to my insurance company to release the car. Didnt cost me anything but they did charge the insurance company for the days the vehicle was stored in their lot. Not to mention I couldnt get paid for my wrecked car by the insurance until they controlled the car.

They towed my girls Mercedes off a residential house that she had permission to park it there by the owner. But once she wouldn't sleep with the guy who rents the property HE called his lady friend at emerald towing and asked her to have it towed and when we found out he had a friend tow it illegally I asked the lady in the office if she knew ken Gurley , she lied and said no !! They were going to steal the Mercedes from her cause they new she couldn't afford to get it out of impound Stay away from this place the people are very shady , and crooked

Russell was great this morning picking up our work truck on the military base. This is the second time we've used them (pretty sure we had Russell the first time as well) and it has been a great experience both times. He was very professional and kind human being. We will be using them again in the future if we need any more work trucks towed

This place has there own manager/ owner bidding on all the cars to rack up your bid amound to the point of you quitting and he ends up with the cars. I've seen it done and I've had several people tell me as well. Big scam
