Came to this shop on12/5/23 at 4:30pm, had 4- 245/40r20 tires to be mounted on 20in rims,plus I had 4 other rims,3 of which had tires on them that needed to be taken off.I was charged for 4 mounted,2 balanced,3 dismounted 140.00 no tax cash only or I could pay 160.00 +tax to get my tires and rims, employee told me I didn't need all tires balanced, wouldn't do it when asked to do all 4, I drove my truck home and parked it because my steering wheel shakes real bad after new tires where put on, and I live on a budget and couldn't afford to take it to another shop to make sure all the tires where balanced so I dont ruin my new tires, this emplyee would not balance all my tires and I didn't understand that I was asked to pay140 cash or pay 160 + tax, I dont trust a shop that does business this way,so my son is going to take my truck into another shop and make sure the tires are done, maybe this employee started out having a bad day,but I won't ever go back or recommend.

Very unprofessional. I was getting gas at a gas station and one of their employees backed into my car. I asked for license and insurance and he didnt speak English well but asked me to call his boss. We couldnt get ahold of him so the guy asked us to follow him to his work place. We get there and asked for the boss and the boss told me the guy didnt have a license or insurance. I then asked why is he driving your work truck with no insurances or anything, they refused to give us any info on him but asked if he could pay us out of pocket. I told him no, we have insurance and I need yours. They refused to give me any names or info. Finally when sheriffs do get there the guy that hit us left and was no where to be found. Totally illegal. So now Im stuck paying $1000 deductible because someone else hit me. The guy that hit us was friends with the owners dad. The truck was under his dads name.
