Representing the Sellers in a contingent sale for which Lisa Racca represented the Buyers, I was impressed with Lisas professionalism, communication, diligence and effectiveness in her representation of her clients interests as well as in her cooperation with me in working through the extra challenges and hoops in a contingent situation. Lisa and her clients closed successfully under the pressure of a challenging market in which to list and sell their home with a short deadline. Based on what I could see of Lisas work in this transaction, I would recommend Lisa to any prospective client she may have, especially if there is any chance that there may be complications.
