        Highly recommend Top Grade Development. Such a smooth process from start to finish. Quote was very fair and reasonable. Completed our exterior painting project within two days. Tim and his crew did a wonderful job and we couldn't be happier. Their attention to detail is amazing. Very knowledgeable and kept us up to date on progress. When project was complete it was like they were never there except for the new blue color of my house. They completely cleaned up their work areas and left no trace. We would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to have their house painted.

        We hired Top Grade Development, LLC to paint the ceilings throughout our home. Their meticulous attention to detail, their courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge made the entire experience delightful. They were equally meticulous in cleaning up when they finished painting. We'll definitely consider them again for future projects. Frankly, we're both kind of blown away by how good an experience it was!

        Tim and his team did a great job on the exterior painting of our house. Our home was definitely overdue for paint. The cedar shingles were worn and faded, some trim was peeling. Tim offered a great price for the job. His team was very respectful of my home and yard, and put a lot of care into the job. Whenever I went out to see how it was going, Tim would explain where they were on the process and what was happening. He is very knowledgeable in his trade and shares his knowledge with you as he works. When the job is done Tim and his team took extra time to place back our patio furniture and grill. My family and I absolutely love our homes new color! We are also happy to know we got such a quality job at such a good price! Services: Door painting, Siding painting, Exterior painting
