Be wary of using Mike Corning. We went through an almost three week long pre-approval process with him, he issued an pre-approval letter for the state of Maine to us during this time and went under contract as a result. Fast forward a few days and he calls to tell us AFTER we are already locked into selling our home and buying another that his bank isn't licensed in Maine...his bad. Absolutely nothing was done to help us fix this problem he created. I do not recommend this agency or this gentleman because of my personal experience. This isn't a mistake, this is a life altering major problem he and his company caused for my family. Buyer beware.
