        Ive been an allstate customer for 2 years now and its been pleasant until now. I made my last payment in October and made it known Id be leaving and told them not to take Novembers payment. I was told as long as I had coverage elsewhere, Id get a refund for the November payment they shouldnt have taken. I made switch and called in to let them know I now had coverage elsewhere. Instead of getting my full refund of $284 I received $26 and was told thats the rest of the coverage that wasnt used. Of course I was told one thing then this happened. The mistake of doing business with a sub par company and the specific employees that made this mistake wont happen again.
