        This shop might make quality work so I can't say anything negative about their arrangements but I'll never know because I ordered something from them on a Friday - asked them to charge my credit card right then or at least by the end of the day. Got a call the next day late in the afternoon where I'm at saying the card didn't go through - I asked about when they charged, they said just now and I explained that it was really important that they charge it yesterday and that's what I requested a few times. I could not put funds in it until Monday because Saturday was Veterans Day. She didn't care, didn't deliver the order to this funeral. I'm not saying not to use this florist but if you do, I'd ask to speak to the owner if placing an order via the phone and make sure they repeat everything to you because they clearly do not communicate internally to each other very well and don't care what the results are.

        Well, I went into crystals flowers first thing in the morning. I was hoping that someone could make me a Boutonnire. I also knew that they probably couldnt because this was a very last minute thing because I am a busy mom of 3 with a full time job. The women maybe one of the owners was very rude to me. Over the years my husband and I have spent thousands of dollars getting flowers from them.After explaining to me that she couldnt make my Boutonnire. I told her ok Ill just make one my self. I told her I have made them before I just didnt have the time to pick up the item I needed to make one and I didnt want to make it. She told me she didnt want to make mine either. Ummmm what? That makes me think she just didnt want to make a Boutonnire for me. She also said it would take her an hour to make a Boutonnire. That strange because it should only take about 15 minutes. Maybe she needs to pick a different profession . I made a professional Boutonnire in 15 minutes. My husband and I will never be back. We will take our business somewhere else.

      Hello Geoff, if you are the customer which placed this order, which I truly doubt that you are. As this order was placed with Allyson's Flowers in Ohio. Then that is who your complaint and issues are with not us. I do feel sorry for the customer of this order and you are due a full refund, from them. They are not a real florist but what is called an order gatherer. But lets address what was said in your review. Your review is the 3rd story we have heard today as to why the credit card did not work. I would say the one we were told Saturday morning is probably the true story. We told them right then that this order would not be fulfilled as it had not been paid for, since the credit card declined. No one ever asked us to run the card on Friday or we would have run it. My guess is you are affiliated with or are an employee of Allyson's. Not sure what you gain by bashing a small local family business, it is hard enough out here right now. The biggest reason it is so hard in our industry right now is because of scam companies like Allyson's. You don't want to be a real working florist, you just want to steal the consumer (from real florists) and rip them off and make all real florists look bad at the same time. It is truly sad and is single handedly killing our industry. So my PSA of the day to all our customers do not order online from florists. Unless you know for sure they are a local brick and mortar. Otherwise you are being scammed and are not getting your monies worth!! Check with your local florist as they will be able to send any where in the country and most can also send out to other countries as well. But can also help you to know if you are dealing with a real florist or not. I think we are the only industry that has literally been highjacked by a bunch of fake, scam artists that just steal from the consumer and make all florist look bad. With that being said this florist will never accept another order from Allyson's Flowers ever again, now that we know they are not a real florist!! Allyson's Flowers you should be ashamed of yourself!! Please feel free look at my reviews anywhere online. And then look at Allyson's Flowers in Westlake, Ohio and see what their reviews look like, who do you think is telling the truth in this review?

      Hello Misty, I am very sorry you left here feeling personally attacked. I laughed when you said that you didn't want to make it and said we didn't either, as they are not anyone's favorite thing to make. And explained to you that we are very short staffed. Which is why we have made a rule that we stop taking orders the day before all dances. I understand that you feel the need to personally attack me, since you left feeling offended. It was not my intention to offend with my comment. Nor was it aimed at you personally. Had you given any indication that you were offended while you were here, I would have offered my sincere apology. I truly hope your keyboard Karen moment has healed your wounded fragile ego. And while I had never seen you in my business before, we will miss your thousands of dollars in support but wish you all the best with your future flower purchases. And good luck with your new side hustle of professional boutonniere's.
