Parklane CT Townhomes

The manager at Parklane Court is amazing! She is competent, efficient, kind and thoughtful. I feel blessed to be a part of this community.

I've been a tenant here for almost 8 years. The townhomes are nice and perfect for singles or small families. There was recently a change in onsite management and things are even better. If you need something they are quick to respond. Maintenance will show up quickly. The little things that I love are the holiday decorations, the personalized cards. I feel cared about as a tenant and that is rare.

Ive been a tenant for almost 3 yrs. No complaints. Any problem Ive had was addressed very quickly. The floor plan in the homes are well designed with laundry upstairs, walk-in closets, a half bath downstairs, under stairs storage, & an open concept in the living area. Its fairly quiet, but, theres some traffic noise. Private, fenced back yards. No pets, no smoking. Its gated with a small gym on the grounds & a designated open space nearby. It feels like a condo. Neighbors are friendly, but everyone keeps to themselves. Ive never seen any police here either.
