Snohomish Health and Rehabilitation

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Staff members are rude. They do not provide safe walkers. They do not give the care of professional health guidance. I had to remove my sister from this place. She was in tears the way she was treaded. Sad

In our experience, this facility is money hungry at best. Neglectful, unprofessional, ignorantly incompetent fits better though. All the while management is awfully full of themselves. Like no one is seeing them neglect the elderly in their care. Its cool, yall keep going low, Im gonna take this straight to hell. Get your facility, upper management and weekend staff together please, preferably before you end up killing my grandmother.

Steer clear of Ms. Fishcers rage at the front desk, shes quick to anger. I was making a delivery and unfortunately had to collect her signature, when I asked for her name she for whatever reason felt she needed to speed run it. I politely asked her to repeat herself and slow down and this action did not sit well with Ms. Fishcer. She became very aggressive and had seriously the nastiest look I might have ever seen on someones face. Im honestly just trying to do my job, I didnt mean to personally insult her entire bloodline by making sure I had her name correct. I cant imagine what patients go through here, god forbid anyone ask Ms. Fishcer to repeat herself, you know old folk cant hear all that well. I feel like she could use a hug, nobody is that miserable by default.
