        Cathrine and Savannah are the best! From our very first meeting with them they were super knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I initially were looking at land, but when our plans changed they quickly shifted to meet our needs. Fast forward to a Sunday in early February hours before our flight back home to Southern California, Savannah met us to view 5 house that we were interested in. When we decided we found that one we loved she worked quickly to get an offer pulled together. With hers and Cathrines help we got an offer in just before we boarded our flight home. We moved in just a week ago and couldnt be happier! The entire team (Cathrine, Savannah, and Shannon) made the whole process smooth and seamless.

        We were on the buyer side, purchasing a house in Kingston WA and she worked for the seller. She pushed for our offer because it we were flexible with a quick close because thats what the seller wanted, but while we moved swiftly, when it came down to the close date she allowed the seller to leave a ton of junk in the house (two truck beds full of JUNK). It feels so shifty to move into a beautiful home with junk still left over and offer nothing to assist with this. We feel this was not in good conscience to allow this to happen and give nothing in return while we had to pay for its removal.

      Hi Victoria, I'm new to Google reviews, so I’m just seeing your 2022 review for the first time. I'm so sorry to hear you were greeted by junk in your new home. I’m sure that was very disappointing. Upon reading your review, I located your purchase contract in my archived files. Per the contract, the sellers did agree to remove all personal belongings by the closing date, so they didn’t fulfill their obligation to you. My elderly sellers were relying on hired movers, and to my knowledge, the job had been completed. When I am representing a seller, it is my job to communicate with the sellers. You selected an agent to represent you as a buyer, and it is the job of your buyer’s agent to communicate with me on your behalf. This review is the first I’ve heard of the junk left behind. Unfortunately, in spite of everyone’s best efforts, sometimes things in real estate transactions don't go as planned. However, communication from your agent to me is vital. The only way I can help make something right is if I know about it. Had I been made aware, I would've held the seller’s movers accountable for completing their job, or I would’ve personally footed the bill for my own movers to haul away junk. Again, I am so sorry that this was your experience. If you’d like to discuss it further, you can have your agent reach out to me. Even though issues like this should be resolved between agents prior to a sale closing, I would welcome the opportunity to discuss it with your agent. Your first impression of your new home should’ve been more positive, and I’m truly sorry that it wasn’t. I hope you’re enjoying your beautiful home now that you’ve had some time to settle in!
